gluten free banana chocolate snacking bread

This gluten-free banana chocolate bread is one of my all-time favorites!

If you follow along with me on Instagram, then you know how I basically live off of snacking breads! I rely on them for breakfast, sometimes dessert, or even in substitute for a meal when I’m extra busy some days.

This gluten-free banana chocolate bread is a crowd favorite in my house. Usually when I make it (and don’t freeze it for later) it gets eaten up pretty quickly.

I usually like to add a bit of peanut butter to a slice, or even some vanilla or plain yogurt to switch it up. Almost has a frosting-like similarity.
