Super Simple Spirulina Smoothie

The perfect smoothie for spring-time.

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower  
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder 
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. 

  2. Top with yogurt and granola of choice. I added coconut yogurt. Enjoy!
