Gluten-Free Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add the flour and baking soda to one bowl.

  2. Wisk together the eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond milk.

  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet.


  4. Pour the batter onto a greased pan and let cook on medium heat until the side facing up is bubbling.

  5. Serve with fruit, nut butter, syrup, whatever your heart desires, and enjoy!
