Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mushroom Coffee
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut butter
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat water and prepare one cup of mushroom coffee.

  2. Add mushroom coffee, along with all other ingredients to a blender for 20 seconds.

  3. Pour, top with some more pumpkin spice, & enjoy!
