Easy Peasy Berry Cashew Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 2-3 tsp nut milk
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice (I use vega)
  • 1 tsp melted coconut butter

Additional Toppings

  • assorted frozen fruit (I used blackberries + raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • granola (I use purely elizabeth)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a good blender. I use a Ninja bullet. 

  2. Top it with whatever you would like! I put what I suggest under the ingredients!

Note: If you would like to add adaptogens of choice, go for it! Same goes for collagen peptides or any other supplement you might want to add.
