Gluten-Free Everything Cookies

called everything cookies because they are EVERYTHING to me

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free pretzels
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Add 1 1/4 cups of almond flour + 1/4 cup of @gainful protein powder + 1/3 cup of coconut sugar + 1/2 tsp baking soda to one bowl. 

  3. Add 1 egg, 2 tbsp coconut oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to another bowl. 

  4. Add-in the dry ingredients to the wet.

  5. Then fold in 1/3 cup of chocolate chips, 1/3 cup of marshmallows, and 1/3 cup crushed pretzels.

  6. Place on a tray in the oven at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
