Superfood Latte

My go-to drink every single morning that fuels me and pushes me through the whole day (literally pushes me through people).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coffee (or 2 shots of espresso)
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp yin powder from sunpotion (can also substitute this for any adaptogens of choice)

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of coffee, or make 2 espresso shots. 

  2. Add coffee of choice + almond milk, honey, cinnamon, ghee, collagen, and adaptogens to a blender. Blend on medium for 10 seconds. 

  3. Pour into cup of choice & enjoy!
