Preheat the oven to 350.
Add the almond flour, oats, and baking soda in one bowl.
Combine the peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, and egg in another bowl.
Add the dry mix to the wet mix. Then add in the chocolate chips.
Place batter in balls on a baking tray, and press thumb down in the middle of ball so there is a divet. Then place in the oven for 5 mins.
After 5 mins, place peanut butter (I did 1 tsp) in the center of each cookie, and cover top in melted chocolate and coconut oil.
Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
