Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Everyone's favorite winter staple.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb stewing meat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 onion
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil on a skillet. Once at medium heat, add beef (cut into cubes) to the skillet with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 mins.

  2. Add meat and all other ingredients to a slow cooker, and cook for 5 hours, or until the beef is tender.

  3. Serve & enjoy!
