Preheat the oven to 400F.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour pretzels to cover the bottom. I like to break mine up a little bit before I add them, but you can also leave them as is.
Melt butter and coconut oil over medium heat. Once melted, add the syrup and coconut sugar and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.
Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels and place in the oven for five minutes.
Take the pan out and add chocolate on top. Cook for another 4 minutes, then spread the melted chocolate with a spatula.
Place pan in the freezer for an hour or until hardened.
Break up and enjoy!
