Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Bites

easy to make & refined-sugar free

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup 100% natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup walnut flour or almond flour from Nature's Eats
  • 1 cup chcoolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the peanut butter, coconut sugar, flour into a bowl and combine.

  2. Roll mixture into small balls and place them in the freezer.

  3. Melt your coconunt oil and chocolate chips in a bowl.

  4. Once the peanut butter balls are frozen, drizzle chocolate on top.
