Hormone Balancing Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tbsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp mct oil or coconut butter

Optional Toppings

  • coconut cream or coconut whip cream
  • cacao nibs or shavings

Instructions

  1. Warm up the coconut milk in your prefered way.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and bledn for 10 seconds.

  3. Pour into your favorite mug. Enjoy as is or top with coconut cream, coconut whip cream, cacao nibs, or cacao shavings.
