Chicory Root Latte

eays on your gut, good for your mind, and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp roasted chicory root
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1/3 cup choice of milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • maple syrup to sweeten
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan. Once boiling, add the chicory root and let simmer for five minutes.

  2. If you have a french press, add hot water to the press, adding the chicory root as well.

  3. Once the coffee is steeped, poor in a belnder. Add the other ingredients and blend until frothy.

  4. Pour and enjoy!
