Vegan Cashew Cheese Pesto

a quick and easy vegan take on pesto cashew cheese <3

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2/3 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 4 small cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend!

  2. Blend until the ingredients are relatively smooth, adding more or less water for desired texture. 

  3. Add in optional fresh herbs and ENJOY.
