Healthy Peppermint Mocha Latte

easy, quic, and a healthy twist on your favorite winter drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (I use coocut milk usually)
  • 1-2 shots espresso (1 cup of coffee works too)
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1-2 tsp cacao powder (cocoa works too)
  • splash 100% natural maple syrup
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides

Optional Toppings

  • whipped cream
  • marshmallows
  • crushed peppermint candy

Instructions

  1. Add milk, peppermint extract, cacao powder, maple syrup, and collagen peptides to a frother and froth until consistent. If you don't have a frother you can use a blender isntead.

  2. Add ice to a cup, add the milk mixture, and top with coffee.

  3. Pour & enjoy.✨
