Gluten-Free Avocado Fudge Brownies
This easy recipe makes incredibly gooey, melt-in-your-mouth gluten-free avocado fudge brownies. Not only are they yummy but they only take a few ingredients.
I love to make these and keep them in my freezer for when my post-meal chocolate cravings kick in, or when I have guests over and need a last-minute dessert.
These brownies are good by themselves but are also great when paired with ice cream. My favorite icecream to pair them with is the sea salt chocolate chip from Beckon ice cream.
Although it might seem like a weird brownie ingredient, the avocado is actually what makes it super tasty and moist. Yep, I said that word, but there is no other word to describe it.

These brownies are incredibly easy to make and taste more like fudge than cake if you’re into that ;).
If you’re not, I’ll be working on a different recipe that is more cake-like coming in October! So stay tuned.
