Gluten-Free Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you are looking for a last-minute Valentine’s Day dessert, or you just want to satisfy your sweet tooth, these gluten-free raspberry chocolate chip cookies are for you!
They’re pretty easy, taste delicious, and will make anyone in your life feel loved, including yourself.
Gluten-Free Raspberry Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup grass-fed butter
- 1 egg or flax egg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Add together the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry in another.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet.

Fold in the raspberries and chocolate chunks.

Place on a baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.

Enjoy! Make sure to store these in the freezer!
