This gluten-free apple oatmeal bread might just be my families favorite.
I could eat this bread every single day. No joke.
Luckily it only takes 5 minutes to throw together, and unfortunately only like 5 minutes to consume.
You can eat it plain, or you can add some vanilla or plain yogurt for a frosting-like presentation. If you are a fan of any type of bread, this gluten-free apple oatmeal bread is a great substitution.
Let me know if you try it, and how you like it!
xx Linds
P.S. Are you more of a chocolate fan when it comes to snacking
