Strawberry Banana Bread
This strawberry banana bread is ideal for summertime!
If you are looking for an easy + quick breakfast, banana bread is a great solution, and this one is perfect for the warm months.
Making this snacking bread takes about 10 minutes and is easy to substitute ingredients in and out if you haven’t already noticed.
I like to make this strawberry one during the summer, but some of my fall favorites include chocolate, apple-oatmeal, peanut butter, and even pumpkin!

Strawberry Banana Bread
another banana bread, you shouldn't be surprised at this point.
Ingredients
- 2 banana
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup cashew butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup cut up strawberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Place wet ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Mix together dry ingredients in a separate bowl, and slowly add in the wet mixture.

Fold-in the chopped up strawberries.

Pour batter into a loaf pan, and cook for 40-25 minutes.
Have a party to go to? What about a family event? Bring this strawberry banana bread, it will for sure be a crowd-pleaser.
I like to top this loaf with some yogurt, cinnamon, honey, and maybe some nuts. It’s a great on-the-go breakfast day (most of them) and a yummy night-time snack if I get hungry after dinner.
