My go-to drink every single morning that fuels me and pushes me through the whole day (literally pushes me through people).
- 1 cup of coffee (or 2 shots of espresso)
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
- 1 tsp yin powder from sunpotion (can also substitute this for any adaptogens of choice)
Brew 1 cup of coffee, or make 2 espresso shots.
Add coffee of choice + almond milk, honey, cinnamon, ghee, collagen, and adaptogens to a blender. Blend on medium for 10 seconds.
Pour into cup of choice & enjoy!
