  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 3 tsp coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp adaptogens (I use yin powder from sun potion)

Optional Toppings

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (if you want extra pb - I always do)

  1. This is so easy - just blend all ingredients together in your blender. Add in more or less milk depending on the thickness you want to achieve with your smoothie.

Recipe Notes

Note: If you don't have adaptogens or don't prefer to use them, feel free to go without! Another thing you can easily add is protein powder or collagen peptides for some extra power.

Another note: the reason mine alternates colors is because I was super extra one day and did two batches of the smoothie, one with strawberries and one with blueberry then put them in cups for me and my friends. It was national peanut butter day so hence being extra.

Hope you enjoy this yummy + healthy treat as much as I did!

P.S. Wondering what the dealio is with adaptogens? I put together an easy to read a blog post on “Everything You Need To Know About Adaptogens.” Let me know what you think!
