Easy Peasy Berry Cashew Smoothie Bowl
yummy, healthy, and oh-so-filling
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/2 an avocado
- 2-3 tsp nut milk
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice (I use vega)
- 1 tsp melted coconut butter
Additional Toppings
- assorted frozen fruit (I used blackberries + raspberries)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- granola (I use purely elizabeth)
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a good blender. I use a Ninja bullet.

Top it with whatever you would like! I put what I suggest under the ingredients!

Note: If you would like to add adaptogens of choice, go for it! Same goes for collagen peptides or any other supplement you might want to add.
