Gluten-Free Banana-Chocolate Bread
snacking bread, dessert option… the choices are endless.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas (mashed)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Topping
- 1/2 chocolate bar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mix together the wet ingredients [includes bananas].

Add in dry ingredients.

Bake in oven for 40 minutes. After 40 mins add chocolate to top.

Bake in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. You will know it is ready when the ends are a beautiful, crispy brown.

This gluten-free banana chocolate bread is a crowd favorite in my house. Usually when I make it (and don’t freeze it for later) it gets eaten up pretty quickly.
I usually like to add a bit of peanut butter to a slice, or even some vanilla or plain yogurt to switch it up. Almost has a frosting-like similarity.
