Let me ask you – is there anything better than gluten-free peanut butter bites?
I live for these! They’re delicious, easy to make, and refined-sugar free, what more could you ask for?
Are you more of team savory or team sweet? I really can’t eat a savory meal without having something sweet afterward— anyone else?
I’m not sure why but savory flavors make me crave sweets intensly. I love keeping these peanut butter bites in my freezer that way I can have one after dinner every night. Or sometimes mid-day if I am craving something sweet.

The ingredients
To make these gluten-free peanut butter bites you can use a wide range of flours. I typically use almond flour, but you can also use pecan, walnut, or cashew. Nature’s Eats offers a variety of high-quality flours that taste great in just about anything.
One of the reasons I love Natures Eat’s so much is because it is a family-owned and operated company that is focused on curating, blending, and packaging high-quality food products. I love using products that I can trust, and ones that are transparent about their processing.
Their flours are great alternatives for anyone that is either allergic to gluten or is simply trying to stay away from eating it. While I do not have celiacs disease, I have done a lot of research on the impact gluten has on the human brain and because of that, I try to only eat gluten-free products.
As always, let me know if you give this recipe a try! And tag me if you post to social.
xx Linds
