This gluten-free double chocolate loaf might be my new go-to. If you follow along on Instagram, then you know banana bread is a staple in my home. I love to make one every few weeks and keep it frozen. I am being 100% honest when I say it reminds me of fudge.

Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Bread
if you're a chocolate lover, this recipe is for you.
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup cacao powder (cocoa works too)
- 2 medium bananas (ripe)
- 1/3 cup nut butter (I used chcoolate from abbs better)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup

- chocolate chunks or chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Add ingredients to a greased loaf pan.
Top with chocolate and bake for 30ish mins.
Enjoy! I keep mine frozen, kind of reminds me of fudge like that.
This is not a vegan recipe, but if you want to try substituting the eggs for flax eggs, feel free to give it a try! I have yet to experiment this way, but let me know if you do.
