Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
If someone ever asked me what I wanted as a last meal, I’d answer this. And hope they got confused with how long the name was and let me live.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup oats (gluten-free)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips or chunks
- sea salt (optional but recommended)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350.
-
Add the almond flour, oats, and baking soda in one bowl.
-
Combine the peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, and egg in another bowl.
-
Add the dry mix to the wet mix. Then add in the chocolate chips.
-
Place batter on a baking tray, sprinkle sea salt on top, and place in the oven for 8-10 mins.
-
Enjoy!
These gluten-free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (ok that’s a mouthful) are my favorite cookies. If you follow along with me on Instagram, then you know this to be true!
I make them at least once a month, and often bring them with me on my frequent road trips. They are the easiest cookies to make and only take only a few mins to throw together…AKA my kind of recipe ?
As a huge peanut butter lover, and chocolate lover, these cookies satisfy both those cravings.
I hope you love them as much as me!
xx Linds
