Paleo Fudge Brownies

None of those cake-like brownies over here.

Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. 

  2. Combine the peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, vanilla, egg, and egg yolk. 

  3. Add in the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.

  4. Pour batter into an 8×8 pan, and cook for 25-30 mins. 

  5. Enjoy! 

There’s just something about these paleo peanut butter fudge brownies that make my heart feel some sort of way.
