With only a few ingredients needed, these are guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Peppermint Protein Bites truly have my heart this time of year.✨
These are the realllll deal. They’re sweet, a bit crunchy, decadent, and filled with protein. My favorite combo really. They’re also extremely easy to make. And a real crowd pleaser if I do say so myself.
Also, I’m pretty ashamed that my first festive recipe is only being shared now, but trust me, these were worth the wait. 😉
Ingredients needed to make this peppermint chocolate protein bites:
- chocolate protein powder
- cacao powder
- maple syrup
- melted coconut oil
- nut butter
- peppermint extract
- sea salt
- melted white chocolate
- melteddark chcolate
If you’re looking for a dessert or just some peppermint protein bites to snack on, this one is for you. It’s a great source of protein and super yummy too. I’ll share some more dessert recipes below in case you have a sweet tooth.

Peppermint Chocolate Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup cacao powder (cocoa works too)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Optional Toppings
- Melted white chocolate (I used Lilys)
- Melted dark chocolate
- crushed peppermint candy
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well-combined. Roll into balls and freeze for a bit.

Top with melted milk chocolate, then white chocolate.

Bonus: top with crushed candy canes.
